Prepares and orders charts for scanning. Conducts a qualitative on line analysis of imaged discharged inpatient and outpatient records to insure the completeness of documented information. Quality checks images to make sure the entire chart has been scanned. Assist with physicians with electronic signature and completion of records. Provides office coverage and performs clerical duties in busy office setting. Responds to busy phones and faxes information as authorized. Requires attention to detail and good organizational skills. Maintain accurate information within the data base, analyze, and run reports. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. HS Diploma .GED with 1-2 years Medical Record experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
