Qualifications Master's degree in nursing or in health-related field required. Doctoral degree in Nursing leadership or in Health Services Administration preferred. Minimum five years of progressively responsible leadership roles in nursing, including director of nursing (or equivalent) or above experience. Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. Certification in Nursing Administration from a nationally recognized nursing organization such as NEA-BC or CENP within one year.
