Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Town & Country Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our clinic.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every pet and their owner receives the care and attention they deserve.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar Assist clients with filling out paperwork and updating their pet's information Handle payments and process invoices accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Communicate effectively with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary clinic or similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite and scheduling software Passion for animals and commitment to providing outstanding customer service Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment We are currently hiring for a full-time position with part-time support beginning in July.
